Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive best-in-class consumer sales at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, demonstrate product solutions, and support store-level initiatives with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

The role requires travel and the ability to work nights/weekends, using Power BI and MS Office to analyze performance, plan promotions, and partner with store teams to boost sell-through.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail field sales or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage customers and drive sell-through.
• Strong computer skills including Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets with in-store customer engagement at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact in-store.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates for long-term partnerships.
