Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth at The Home Depot nationwide. You will run product demos, promotional events, and merchandising programs while using Power BI analytics to optimize in-store impact.

The role requires travel, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer base pay with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVRO screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving equipment as needed.
• Retail environment experience or willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions in Power BI.
• Develop understanding of retail market, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory and report on tasks; participate in merchandising resets.
