Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales with The Home Depot and expand market share across assigned stores. You will develop in-store programs, demos, and retailer partnerships with deep product knowledge.

Travel across the United States is required, with a focus on engaging customers, executing promotions, and leveraging data to optimize merchandising and outcomes. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle with insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long shifts.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of the retail market, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Join company training programs to build market knowledge and sell independently.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot associates to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and timely reporting of tasks.
