Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive best-in-class consumer engagement with The Home Depot nationwide. You will deliver product solutions, run demos, plan events, and ensure brand presence and stock readiness across assigned stores.

You will analyze data with Power BI, build relationships with store teams, and travel to locations as needed. A valid US driver’s license, personal vehicle, and MS Office proficiency are required; relocation

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Must be able to travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings, events, etc. Air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting/tools and moving displays up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; retail environment full-time.

Aufgaben

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and stock readiness through merchandising and product placement; use Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with store team members to enhance in-store execution.
