Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth across The Home Depot stores nationwide. You will gain hands-on merchandising experience, perform product demonstrations, and engage customers with TTI’s portfolio including Milwaukee, Ryobi, and more.

The role emphasizes data-driven merchandising using Microsoft Power BI, strategic promotions, and building durable retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous year.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions with Power BI.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
