Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot nationwide. You will apply merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement to expand TTI’s premier product lines.

You will travel to assigned stores, conduct promotions, and collaborate with store teams while meeting safety protocols. The role includes a vehicle allowance, benefits, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug and MVR screening.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle and insurance required.
• Willingness to travel to stores and events, including air travel.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot through product solutions and service.
• Plan/promote events, demos, and store walks to boost sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff for long-term partnerships.
• Manage inventories and report task progress; assist with store resets.
• Engage in merchandising resets and product placement to drive growth.
