Job summary

Terminix in Farmers Branch, TX, seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers while maintaining a client-focused approach. You’ll be the local face of the Rentokil brand, helping protect homes and families.

You will inspect homes for pests, present solutions, collaborate with service teams, and create proposals to close sales. You’ll use our Sales CRM to diagram homes and track progress toward targets. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence (Company vehicle provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals for customers.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and ensure clear understanding of the customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
