Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and guiding them to the best pest solutions.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time within your territory. We offer hourly pay, benefits starting day 1, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Aufgaben

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Enter home diagram in Sales CRM and convey challenges to the team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
