Job summary

Auris is seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations for small and mid-sized businesses, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and collaborate with a Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation and on-the-spot financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients
• Maintain client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments
• Build knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech industry developments
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leaders
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
