Job summary

John Charles Search is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Atlanta to drive growth in pallet racking and related warehouse solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and build lasting client relationships.

Candidates should have 3+ years of B2B sales in pallet racking or material handling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Own a vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, lead generation, cold calls, and trade show participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients from consultation to invoicing and project completion.
• Maintain deep knowledge of pallet racking products and industry trends.
• Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and support pricing and quoting strategies.
