Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in local markets across Florida. You will participate in a comprehensive training program combining online classes with field mentorship within your assigned territory.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers in person to introduce tailored supplemental insurance solutions and build lasting client relationships across 5 to 50+ employee groups.

Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience in sales or athletic background preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
