Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to build and own your territory in the Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem area. You will generate your own leads, prospect relentlessly, and convert conversations into lasting customers while enjoying autonomy and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience relevant to field or outside sales preferred.
• Ability to build a customer base through prospecting and networking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the hunt by proactively generating new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and present tailored pest-control solutions to earn business.
• Communicate value of services, overcome objections, and close deals with customers.
• Develop relationships in your territory to support long-term retention and referrals.
• Participate in training and development to sharpen sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Operate safely in the field and manage route-based assignments with company vehicles.
