Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to grow our customer base through inspections, quotes, and strong relationship-building in the local area. You’ll move between client sites, promoting pest control services and solutions, with full training provided.

The role features a structured training period with a $3,000 monthly salary, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll join a supportive team focused on growth and community service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (employer paid).
• Valid driver’s license required for field work.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and travel between service areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate service value and transition prospects to Northwest customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and services.
• Maintain safety when operating company vehicles and equipment.
