Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect, quote, and close pest control solutions. You will generate leads, build customer relationships, and participate in ongoing training.

A company vehicle, cellphone, and iPad are provided for route assignments, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) plan. Training salary is $3,000 per month during training, with potential commissions afterward.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections, provide quotes, and drive sales for pest control services.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain a safety-first mindset.
