Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to join our team. You’ll conduct interior and exterior inspections, present quotes, and drive new sales while protecting homes and businesses in the community.

We offer training with a guaranteed salary during ramp-up, plus commissions after training. You’ll receive a company vehicle, phone, iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Explain value of services and transition customers to Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Attend regular training and ongoing education to stay current.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
