Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated sales professional to build relationships with homeowners in the St. Louis metro area. You will travel locally to customer appointments and drive new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.

This full-time W-2 role offers weekly pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, and the potential to earn $60,000–$200,000+ in the first year, with compensation heavily based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs as needed.
• Willing to travel locally to customer appointments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
