No roofing experience is required; training is provided. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with top earners achieving substantial annual earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and guide them through the process.
• Build relationships with homeowners within assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
