Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Professional. You will inspect client needs, present quotes, and secure new business while representing our trusted brand in the community.

No exterminating experience is required at start; training is provided. You’ll build relationships, generate leads, and work independently with a focus on safety and high customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training sessions and continuing education to stay current with industry trends.
• Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
