No exterminating experience is required; training is provided. A company vehicle, phone, iPad, and a robust benefits package support your success as you build relationships with businesses and homes across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships with businesses.
• Explain the value of services and transition prospects to Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
