Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to cover the Norcross, Roswell & Alpharetta area. You will conduct inspections, provide quotes, and lead generation while building lasting customer relationships in a dynamic, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• B2B and field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes: conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes.
• Sales and lead generation: generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer transition: communicate value of services and convert prospects to Northwest customers.
• Relationship building: strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ongoing learning: attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
• Safety first: maintain safety when operating company vehicles and equipment.
