Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline required.
• 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience.
• Must reside within driving distance of Brookhaven/Chamblee, GA.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Independent self-starter with strong communication.
• Experience selling to multi-family housing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts and retain existing customers to meet annual goals.
• Expand opportunities with current customers in core markets.
• Represent the company at local trade shows and associations.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop territory plans to grow presence in Brookhaven/Chamblee.
