Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive new business in a field-based role across our Utah territory. You will focus on in-person calls with business owners, build rapport, and close sales, often on first meetings or with follow-ups.

You will manage client relationships, answer inquiries, and guide customers through the claims process. A strong sales mindset, drive, and integrity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales or similar customer facing role.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Door-to-door or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage full training cycle including in-person activities and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person sales calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Close sales during initial meetings or schedule follow-ups for closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships through prompt communication and support during claims process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage with additional lines of protection.
