Phoenix Spirit Group in the Carolinas seeks a driven Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our MOT and flagging service portfolio. You'll spend four days in the field visiting customer sites and one day in the office, building relationships with contractors, DOT projects, and fleet managers.

This role is primarily commission-based with company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits. You will partner with our estimating team to deliver quick quotes and ensure customer satisfaction on

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience with demonstrated success in sales.
• Proven sales track record with revenue growth and new business development.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect, cold-call, and close deals.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills for field environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business.
• Proactively hunt and close new accounts while expanding relationships.
• Visit active job sites regularly to understand customer needs.
• Coordinate with estimating team for fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent PSG professionally in blue-collar and DOT environments.
