Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join our elite team in Minnesota. You will work in customers’ homes, delivering personalized sales experiences with uncapped commission potential. Top earners can reach around $100,000 with a starting range between $61,600 and $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and education.

Must be hired in Bloomington or Coon Rapids. You’ll drive, demonstrate, and upsell AT&T services, guided by paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments.
• Provide tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most.
• Represent AT&T and its services with a customer‑first mindset in the field.
