AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly at customers' homes in Bloomington or Coon Rapids, MN. You will present the latest technology, service options, and hands-on demos to close deals, with uncapped commission potential and paid training.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ years in commission-based outside sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Background check and motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at their homes with personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals through hands-on demos and product delivery.
