Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in-home experiences and close sales through hands-on demos and tailored service offers. Earn 61,600–100,000 USD with uncapped commission opportunities, with top earners reaching $100,000. Training provided and field appointments scheduled for you.

You’ll work independently in the field, engaging warm prospects and using strong negotiation and communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the field to deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos and service offerings.
