AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Minnesota to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You’ll connect with clients, showcase the latest technology, and drive sales in a role with uncapped commission potential and top earners reaching six figures.

New representatives start with paid training and ongoing coaching, with schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required as a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized, in-home sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution.
• Work independently in the field with paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy.
