Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You’ll meet scheduled customers, present demonstrations, assess needs, and close deals with hands-on tech delivery and service setup.

Earn between $61,600 and $100,000 with uncapped commissions, with top performers reaching six figures. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available; evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers daily and deliver personalized in-home sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Work independently at scheduled appointments and maintain relationships to meet sales goals.
