Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to engage customers in their homes, delivering personalized sales interactions and hands-on demos. This role offers uncapped commission with top performers earning up to $100,000, and a starting range of $60,300 to $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You will drive appointments, present solutions, and close sales while meeting occasional after-hours expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to improve value for customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during scheduled appointments with a personal, in-home sales approach.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Leverage negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales goals.
• Work independently in the field with paid training and ongoing coaching.
