AT&T is expanding its Field Sales team to bring customized, white-glove experiences to customers’ homes. You will engage warm prospects, present the latest technology, and close sales with hands-on demos and service delivery.

Expect uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching six figures. The role covers scheduling flexibility, driving to customer locations, and meeting sales goals while adhering to background checks and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
• Willingness to travel and work in customers' homes with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the field through scheduled appointments.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions and hands-on demos.
• Conduct Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
