Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to build and manage a field-based portfolio, inspecting sites, quoting services, and converting leads into loyal customers. You’ll work in the community, expand brand reach, and protect homes and businesses while receiving hands-on training and ongoing development.

Training salary starts at $3,000 per month with commission potential after training; a company vehicle and full benefits are provided to support your success and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and Lead Generation: generate new sales leads through cold calling and networking.
• Customer Transition: communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Relationship Building: develop relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ongoing Learning: attend regular training to stay updated on industry trends.
• Safety First: maintain safety when operating company vehicles and equipment.
