Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new membership growth through direct, face-to-face engagement with small business owners. You will prospect, present NFIB’s advocacy and benefits, and enroll new members in a field-based B2B role.

The position emphasizes hunter/closer activities with a formal sales process, uncapped commissions, and significant income potential, supported by robust training and ongoing development.
