Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage Publix accounts from North Port to Sarasota, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires driving a personal vehicle, engaging customers, and expanding product placements in grocery accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year of sales or related experience, and strong presentation and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
• Ability to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays required.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Make sales and assist orders from customers.
• Visit customer accounts in field; work away from office.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Execute and close all sales calls.
• Sell displays and promotional programs; ensure dealer compliance.
• Service accounts during visits including merchandising and equipment.
• Review business results with customers and plan improvements.
• Ensure outlets meet Coke Florida standards and policies.
• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
• Lead and sometimes execute resets to expand portfolio.
• Resolve customer inquiries and close service tickets.
• Transport, replace, and maintain POS advertising.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; work overtime as assigned.
