Grauer's Store is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow paint sales with painters, general contractors, facilities, builders and designers. You will develop new accounts, retain existing customers and pursue opportunities for growth across the region.

You will collaborate with the store team, visit job sites, and provide product recommendations, pricing and support for contractor projects. Strong communication and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in the Paint Industry.
• Strong knowledge of the professional contractor business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Grauer's sales by targeting painters, pros, builders and designers.
• Develop new accounts and retain existing customers for growth.
• Collaborate with store team and attend calls with vendors.
• Prepare pricing for projects and enter quotes into POS system.
• Track sales metrics and report outcomes to management.
