Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing and dormant accounts.
• Collaborate with division representatives to promote cross selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Make presentations of company products and services to clients.
• Utilize Sales Force.com and CRM Tools for opportunity development.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
