Surface Experts - West Jacksonville-Saint Augustine is hiring an in-field sales professional to drive growth in the greater Jacksonville area. You will map routes, visit customers at their sites, and present our surface repair solutions with integrity and enthusiasm.

We offer a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, a company car, uniforms, and a flexible schedule. No prior industry experience is required; training is provided to help you excel within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required for this role.
• Must be coachable, curious and detail-oriented to turn activity into revenue.
• Willingness to map routes, schedule visits, and engage customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from home.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
