Job summary

Surface Experts - Richmond West is hiring an in-field sales professional to grow our customer base by delivering on-site evaluations and repairs. You’ll work during normal business hours with a steady flow of quality leads and the support of a nationwide franchise.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide training, coaching, and tools. You’ll map routes, book visits, and balance field work with admin tasks from home, enjoying flexibility and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we will train you.
• Coachable and open to feedback to improve performance.
• Curious and focused on understanding customer needs.
• Detail-oriented with consistent routing and metric tracking.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.
• Perform light admin and prep from home.
• Receive ongoing weekly sales coaching and support.
