Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an in-field sales professional to build a local client base and drive revenue. You will map routes, conduct short on-site visits, and log activities in our software while coordinating with the Owner/Sales team.

The role offers full-time hours during business days with minimal remote admin work, plus training and ongoing coaching from Surface Experts HQ and a dedicated Support Center.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; ability to learn the sales playbook.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Reliable routing, note-taking, and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Map routes and complete :15 on-site visits.
• Log notes and metrics in the company software.
• Handle light admin from home and coordinate with sales team.
• Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
