Surface Experts is seeking an in-field sales professional to drive growth across our surface repair services. You’ll map routes, conduct ~15 on-site visits weekly, book work, and log notes in our software. A supportive team provides weekly coaching and world-class training at Surface Experts HQ.

No prior sales experience is required; we train you to excel. Expect base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, with a flexible schedule and minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Coachable, curious and detail-oriented are essential.
• Ability to map routes and conduct on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and perform ~15 on-site visits weekly.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the sales team.
• Light admin from home and participate in weekly coaching.
