Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Beaverton, OR to sell fire and safety products to new and existing clients. You will develop relationships, identify prospects, and present solutions tailored to customer needs.

The role emphasizes relationship management, market outreach, and growth across a broad territory. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a $600 car allowance, with opportunities for career development and long-term potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest products or services.
• Demonstrate product functions to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.
• Inform existing customers about new products, services, and enhancements.
• Keep detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
