Job summary

Hawaiian Telcom is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives in Hawaii to join our outdoor sales team. This is a commission-based position with a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and a $2,500 training bonus after the 30-day program.

You will meet residents in their neighborhoods, explain our fiber internet, TV and voice services, and help customers switch to faster, better options. A reliable vehicle and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in door-to-door or outside field sales preferred.
• Evening and weekend work required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods or territories.
• Present and promote fiber internet, TV, and voice products to residential customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide optimal solutions from our product line.
• Understand promotional offers and service geography for effective selling.
