Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive growth in a business-to-business, in-person sales environment. You will identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships while leading by example in a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate holds Health & Life license or willingness to obtain it, has a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience, and is motivated by leadership opportunities, incentives, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or eligible with licensing reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
