Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. You will operate in a business-to-business, in-person sales role, owning your territory and promoting our health and life products.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of leadership, and eager to learn. We offer weekly draws with commission, ongoing training, and a path to leadership within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• License in Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional work experience; candidates near degree or with relevant outside sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
