Job summary

Meier Insurance Agency seeks a Field Sales Professional to drive growth in a business-to-business, in-person sales setting. You will identify new opportunities, close deals, and lead by example, while developing deep knowledge of our insurance products and services.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, leadership, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Licensing Health & Life lines is required or pursued with reimbursement support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience; sales outside education accepted.
• Licensing reimbursement available for Health & Life producer license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with excellent service.
