CROSSMARK is seeking a Sales Specialist to independently market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers, and owners. The role emphasizes motivation, confidence, a proactive mindset, and strong communication and time management skills.

The position involves planning and executing on-site events, engaging consumers, and driving sales while building lasting relationships with property managers, event contacts, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience preferred.
• Backgrounds in outside sales, business-to-business sales, retail sales, or telecom are valuable.
• Proficient use of PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event activation targets.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties like event recap, finance management and inventory.
