Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is hiring a Sales Specialist to market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers and owners, working independently to drive on-site events and promotions. You’ll build relationships, schedule activities, and aim to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a proven sales mindset. Some travel and weekend work may be required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience preferred.
• Backgrounds in outside sales, business-to-business, retail, brand ambassador or telecommunications are especially valuable.
• Proficient use of a PC and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event activation goals.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Establish clear communication between clients and prospects and internal teams.
• Administrative duties including event recaps, finance management, and inventory.
