Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers and owners, working independently to drive events and sales.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a self-starter attitude, with full-time availability and potential weekend/evening shifts. Prior sales experience in telecom or related fields is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience is preferred.
• Backgrounds in real estate, outside sales, B2B sales, retail, or telecommunications are valuable.
• Proficient use of a PC and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event activation targets.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, prospects and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recaps, finance management, and inventory.
