Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales or promotional experience preferred.
• Backgrounds in real estate, outside sales, B2B, retail, or telecom are valuable.
• Proficient with PC and MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event activation goals.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Communicate between clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recap, finance, and inventory.
• Ideal candidates have prior sales experience in related fields.
• Possess strong work ethic, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation; some travel required; full-time with possible evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
