Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic to drive field sales for Electronic Fire Service offerings in the Milwaukee area. You will promote moves, adds, and changes to assigned customers with professionalism and a strong customer focus.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or technical roles in fire alarms or related fields, plus a drive to obtain licenses and NICET certification within 12 months. Competitive package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales or technical experience with fire alarms, security control, and monitoring or similar industry.
• Able to obtain licenses required by codes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; NICET certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Electronic Fire Service offerings to customers within an assigned territory and accounts.
• Own every opportunity from initial conversation through service delivery with integrity.
• Stay aligned to customer needs, remove obstacles, and create value for the account.
