You will engage with customers, architects, and building owners, delivering persuasive sales presentations and maintaining relationships while upholding FBM’s values of safety, integrity, and teamwork. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 2+ years of sales experience in building materials preferred.
• Professional and reliable with good organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships with contractors and partners.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, and owners.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations in coordination with internal or vendor reps.
• Attend and participate in required company and vendor trainings.
• Support FBM's safety, customer focus, teamwork, and integrity values.
• Other duties as assigned.
